Troika Dialog has been a major player on the Russian M&A market for more than 16 years. Over that time, we have built long-term relationships of trust with numerous Russian and international companies, which we advise on a wide range of M&A issues.

Over the last few years, we have advised both Russian and international clients on a number of high-profile deals, such as the purchase of a controlling stake in AvtoVAZ by the consortium of Rosoboronexport/Troika Capital Partners, the sale of 69% of OGK-4 generating company to E.On, the sale of 100% of Nidan to Lion Capital LLP, the merger of R-Fitness and World Class, the sale of 96.4% of Investsberbank to Hungary's OTP Bank, the sale of Trubodetal to the United Metallurgical Company, the acquisition of a number of Russian brewing assets by Heineken, and other projects.

Over the last nine years, we have worked closely with UES, Russi's power holding, and helped secure the sales of major stakes in energy companies. We have advised UES and its affiliates on a wide range of financial and investment issues and continue to assist in the restructuring of energy sector enterprises.

In 2006-2007, Troika Dialog advised UES on the restructuring of the OGK-1, OGK-4, TGK-2, TGK-7 and TGK-10 generating companies, as well as on the sale of OGK-4 and TGK-9.
